The popular people needs fans and the fans are the reason that the person became popular, without fans the person is not popular, but not all, there are many people popular due to the other means.

But, if you are just an ordinary man, you need to strive to become popular in school through excellent grades in school which obtain from examination.

Even you are always top in examinations but through cheating, still useless, there was maxim that the honesty is the best policy, the time will come that your cheating in examination will reveal in the future. 

For example, if your course needed of board examination and your excellent classmate was graduated with excellent grades but in the board examination was failed due to might your excellent classmate was excellent due to cheating during the examination; see that dirty scheme was revealed not from near time but on the future. 

Common that the popular students became member of supreme student council or the supreme student council due to excellent in examination with excellent grades. If you would like to become popular in school, you need to study well that may attract your teachers with your ability, remember the teachers are always comparing the students and they talk each other whether who are their excellent students and they will seek another means to introduce you in the whole campus motu proprio.
