Mouse trap is a device used to eliminate the rats and mice in the house and on the other area. The trap is a simplest way to catch the rodents without using of strong effort to eliminate the pests.

• The cage type of trap

Some house owners used the cage type of trap. Some was made plastic cage trap by their own. They used the plastic bottle of water, made a hole on some portion of the bottle, and used the rubber as the instrument to close the door of the cage and with support of lock that will automatic fall. The cage type used bait to enter the rat, mice on the cage. When the rats, mice and even the cockroach entered and move the bait, the door will automatically close.

The most effective and can endure even years are the mouse traps those made of iron, instead of rubber, this type of trap used spring and the spring is not easily surrender if the door never close even on the whole night, on the whole day unlike to the plastic rubber. This type of trap is impossible to drag by rat especially if the rat has capacity to drag.

Unlike the plastic homemade mouse trap, the possibility is almost 90 percent especially if the rat was trap and not mice, if just mice or mouse as a singular of mice, has no capacity to drag the trap and the possibility is just 40 percent and below. You can use the meat as bait in this type of trap.

• The fall type of trap

This type of trap can catch the mice and rats but the disadvantage is if the mice, rats are fast and strong that can escape to the falling iron in their body. Needs a bait as well to move the trigger and that movement is the responsible of the iron that will fall onto the rat that moved the bait, some used cheese as bait.

• Paper strong bond trap type

The paper strong bond trap type is very useful not only in terms of catching of mice but can catch also the flies and cockroaches. It has strong glue that if the flies landed on the paper that has glue, very impossible for them to survive but death and same also to the cockroaches.

The power of this mouse trap has limitation especially if the pest that touches was not mouse but rat. Rat is bigger than mouse and has capacity to drag the paper and the rat can escape on the strong bond glue.
