Push Up Exercise
What is Push up exercise? Push up exercise is a self made exercise that makes our body strong that fight against disease or can prevent disease in the future. As our body go stronger and stronger if constant exercise, our immune system to fight serious disease is simultaneously in our muscles' body in terms of strength.
How to increase your push up exercise little by little. Push
up is self exercise from through your weight. It makes your mind active
and brilliant; test yourself if we're wrong. Push up exercise can practice everyday as long as as you can. After the constant practice, feel how the
way you think than in the previous week.

the main reason that you might not yet known the proper execution of push-up

First:
Even your woman or man
you can perform this. Shake your both arms and shoulder, simultaneously with
inhale and exhale make it at least 10 seconds.
Second:
Proceed to the push up position and performed it
properly. Push up at least 5 from now for men, 3 for
women. Why just five push up for men and 3 for women? We, personally we made 10
proper push up but our shoulder was injured almost 3 to 4 days before
the pain was stopped. In order for you
to avoid this, We recommended 5 push ups for men and 3 for women only. Tomorrow if
you can perform 7 push up (for men) and 5 push up for women. But if you can’t
perform the 5 counts, stick in 3. Feel yourself if you can performed 5 (this is for women)
after the five proceed to seven. If you can perform seven but can’t perform 9,
stick to nine. Don’t push yourself.

the next higher level of push – up exercise, here is the best

Note: if you can’t
reach the number 7, resume it on Monday and always fell yourself if you can
add two counts of push ups. Always add not three or four. For men follow that
instruction as well but start from 5 or more if you can. Push – up little by
little don’t push yourself it may cause muscle injury.
This is a technique
for inhaling and exhaling during push up. Use your mouth for exhale and nose for inhale.
Inhale while your body is in motion of down exhale while your body is in motion
of up.
