Background investigation is the checking of the applicants or subject behavior, place and family’s history?

Purpose background investigation is also to attest the honesty of the applicant either if the applicant is telling the truth; lying or just deceiving the person which is in charge for the recruitment process or manager.  If the subject is lying it is the time to eliminate in the list.

Background investigation means is start from the papers of applicants: name, age, gender; the most important is the address of the place; street and the house name.
