The country that occupies ocean’s boundary has a treaty in the international law for us to maintain the ownership of the boundary of the ocean or the jurisdiction. Some fighting about boundaries, the example are China and Philippines but now they are friends.

This law can oppose the theory of evolution in the reason that this law stating if we were birth we are humans and the animals born, they are all animals. There is no evolution in this law; our mother is human; the mother of animals is animals. It is impossible that the human can give birth of animal.
