Crime
There is called, victim-less crime — the victim-less crime will
exist if there is no victim. What types of crimes that there is no victim but
malefactor only? Yes, the victim-less has no victim but culprit only. There is a body of the crime and that was the corpus delicti and the elimination of the crime is impossible but can mitigate.
There are many types of crime depending in what laws was violated either the special law or the criminal law. If the criminal law was violated; the crimes against person, crimes against property might the result of violation if under the criminal law code.
If the crimes was violated the special law might the outcome is crimes against nature and more which classify as special laws. The laws are the responsible of all crimes due to laws are the existing words those have power to convict the criminal. Laws are the responsible of all people put behind the bars. The responsible of all existing in government bodies if violated the word crime will exist. But not all laws defined crime especially the criminal law. Criminal law especially in the Philippines defined as a offense as punishable by RPC of the Philippines. RPC means revised penal code.

firearm and the like manner like that. Victim less crime is very easy to
identify, just no victim but the creator of the crime.
There is call violent crime — wherein the consequence of
the crime was very violent, not an ordinary consequence, the identification of
violent crime is not difficult, just the consequence was very violent, even the
layman that without knowledge in crime analysis method or not enrolled in Criminology
University.
Meaning of Crime
Crime Definition - Crime is a violation of law which authorized by law making body in the government to exist to combat injustice works of people with criminal instinct in society and that is one meaning of crime.
Criminologist is the only course authorized in this type of explanation.
Crime that against person — if the offended or the
aggravated party was person (people).
Crime that against property — major victims in this case
are the people not property; this was called against property in the reason
that the main affected and the cause of this type of criminality is the
property. The people are the direct affected of this crime in the reason that
the people are the offended not the property itself.
The criminal
instinct of people can be adapted by people in surroundings especially the
child and even the provocative words in short the words with profanity in
nature that may incite hate if received by recipients of the bad words. There is a
solution for this type of adaption; bible has remedy to the people who have criminal
instinct.
Crime in Bible
Valid if there is term in the bible called crime or crime in the bible? The crime only was invented in the human law not in laws in the
bible. There are many crimes in the bible (assuming that there is crime in the
bible) and those are lying, abortion, suicide, gambling, watching sex videos
and the likes form mentioned.
The first recorded in the history in the world was the crime of Eve and Adam. The second history was the Cain and Abel; the case of Cain was murder. He was killed his own brother due to anger and might be some yet. If in the law; murder is a crimes against person. Even in the Bible the crime was defined as a sin, if we violated the God's commandment, we commit sin and there is no sin if there is no commandment of God. There are commandments of God and that is the reason why has sin.

Here is the real solution in crime is if the all people in the world are
God —fearing — people and not just God — believer — people. In this case we will live in
a peaceful earth; no crime and no war. This is the real solution of crime.
Due to not all people are God - fearing - people the criminality is impossible to eliminate even the simple suicide; intentional abortion, terrorist attack, verbal attack. Verbal attack is a crime? Yes verbal attack is a kind of oral defamation which has power to downgrade the reputation of other people, bad words for expression is not part of oral defamation if without directing in someone.
The evidence of libel is not from direct oral but by writings and other means. Only the real solution of heinous crime is the barbaric punishment and lenient for quasi - offense. Quasi offense might not intentional as compare to the other crimes that violated the criminal code even though the quasi offense is also a part of criminal code but the gravity is mitigate compare to the other crimes which have aggravating circumstances to make the punishment high as a result or pay for crime of malefactor.
