Crimes Against Property are those crimes which violated the laws that govern in property of people who sojourn in the particular country. There is called malicious mischief but some countries there is no definitions of malicious mischief as defined or below in crimes against property.

The crimes against property has a crimes scene but limited, it depends to the type of commission of a crime. This type of crime is same in crimes against person, crimes against nature that has its own punishment that defines in the different these type of laws.

Some cases exist in this type of violation during cold season in the reason that some house owners' sleeping and almost sleeping in this type of season. Especially in the countries that have rainy's season. However; if the season is dry's season; the common crime that violated the law are crimes against person.

Some criminal who committed the crimes has its own modus operandi as their habits in the committing of crime. That habit is important in the Law Enforcer or known as Police. 

Causes of Crimes Against Property

The causes of crimes against property:

• To sustain the daily needs for personal of criminal or for his own family.
• For their own vice.
• Cause by mental disorder like pyromania.
• Through intimidation
• From trickery
• Business Competition
• Hatred
• Retaliation
• Insurance
• Lack of Financial
• Kleptomania
• The like

Sometimes the cause of violation was triggered by for personal like: lack or insufficient financial and the some was for the family of the violator of the law ― for foods and other family needs. 

For their own vice: some but not all was triggered by his own vice ― especially to the addicts of vice. The vice not only vice in the alcohol but smoking, gambling and the likes.

Mental disorder has a great contributor in the crime. In crimes against property ―the mental disorder like pyromania is the responsible of burning of property but not all. The common cause of burning almost from accidental unless there is sufficient evidence that the incident was caused by intentional.

Through intimidation in the part of the owner of the property or to the creator of the crime. The intimidation have two aspects either from the creator or to the owner of the property. Sometimes the crime are cause by intimidation and one of that possible crime through intimidation is crimes against property.

The responsible of burning of property of other people was consequence of exchange the life of love ones ― "life of your family or obey?" This might the possible intimidation in the part of victim of intimidation.

Intimidation in the part of owner of the property, sometimes the responsible of the burning incident was from extortion. "Give money or we will burn your property?" This is the example of intimidation in the side of owner of property.

To become successful especially in the field of business; the competition is the hamper of success. To become successful; eliminate the competition or surpass the rival.

Due to lack of means to surpass the rival; the means to success is to eliminate the competition. One tactics is to destroy their property as the last resort. This instance will violate the crimes against property.
