Intent Meaning

Intent means is a primary purpose of the act which from the desire of the heart. Intent is same to the other words which have deep meaning and broad application in different purpose. The plan has intent, the people, and all inventions have intention according to its purpose. All of these were from the heart.

The heart was the starter of invention and the necessities of humanity to ease the work, the burden just for us to make comfortable in our daily needs.

The near synonym of intent was the purpose, all have purpose and that purpose is the intention, the intention of the acts that triggered by want and need. Below is the best example of intent.

The scenario can show the best example of intent in terms of courts of man in the woman.

A is a man and B is the woman, A as man courts B as a woman, the intention of A is just to have sex with B. A seeks in every means just to get B, if B got by A after several months, he convince B to sex with him, B finally convinced to sex with him and after several repetition of sex A leave B.

The intention of A was accomplished as just to have sex with B. Those acts by A was triggered by want from his heart, all his purpose is just sex, that’s all his intention or his purpose.

The one ingredient of crime was the intent, there will be intention and there will be no intention. The allegedly criminal killed person due to hatred but in our eyes that the killer just killed that person but the intention is just to revenge and to stop the person that might oppress him or her. The some intention of some people might misunderstood by co – people. We should base to the intention whether why the person killed the co – person.

In this case the law has bias due to the law punish who made something not right but did not punish the root of something not right but the reactor to the acts which something not right in the eyes of the law and society.
