What is Criminal and Definition
– Meaning of Criminal?
Criminal definition as a person who convicted by final judgment in
court beyond reasonable doubt. However not all convicted criminal is the
responsible of the crime.
There is call set – up wherein the person who
allegedly committed the crime is not the real creator of the crime; the
allegedly suspect was set-up by brilliant person to raze his or her life. Some
criminal have criminal instinct to do something not right.
What is Criminal
What is criminal? a person that did not kill a person who killed someone but the person who committed the violation
of law is called criminal. All people who violated the law are called criminals
even thought the semi-quasi-offense can be called as criminal if breach of
someone.
Criminal can apply only in the law of human and in the
crimes against nature but in the law of God has its own definition if breach;
there is corresponding penalty to penalize the violator.
There is another definition if the preacher is a liar and
the criminal again can be apply only in the “Lex Humanes” the “lex humanes” is
a Latin words; the direct translation of this phrase is “Human Law.”
Criminal Activities
Criminal activities have many types like: killing of human,
robbery, hold – up, extortion, tax evasion, corruption, rape, statutory Rape,
Kidnapping, abduction, Human Trafficking, Pusher of Dangerous drugs, robbery with homicide, rape homicide and the like forms.
Suicide is not part of this
case in the reason that the victim of suicide his or her himself/ herself.
Abortion is a form of criminal activity like above mentioned above. Don’t limit
yourself in the above mentioned criminal activities in the reason that the
criminal activities have many types and the examples above are the like forms
of criminal activities.
Who studied Criminals
Who studied criminals? The people who study criminal are the
criminologist: the identification of criminal, solution of crimes, studying the
evidence if related to the case or relevant to the issue.
These job descriptions
are the examples of works of Criminologist. To become a criminologist you must
pass the Board Examination as mandated by law to comply and enroll in the College
or University of Criminology.
Police Officer is the main goal of criminologist; they
enroll in criminology school to become a Police Officer someday.
There was called psychology of crimes not psychology of mind

the difference of psychology of crime and psychology of human mind is the psychology
of crimes are focus in the behavior of criminal in creating of crimes while the
psychology has very broad meanings. Some investigation agencies recruit the psychologist
and other master degree to join in their agency to solve through psychological investigation
of crimes.
Psychologist has a limitation of knowledge regarding
scientific examination or police science; all sciences of Police Agency and
other investigative body has required criminologist skills regarding examination
of evidences that needed of scientific knowledge.
If the student that aspired
to become a scientist in examination of evidences, those student must enrolled
in the University and Colleges that offer criminology course. In the above mentioned is the meaning and definition
of criminology, criminal activities and who studied criminals.
The criminal after the commission of the crime has signature; that signature is vital in investigation. Before the criminal will act to their motives to accomplish; smart criminal will study the outcome and the possible benefits in their part if they commit this type of activities.
There are many causes why people became criminals.

There is called criminal instinct - wherein the person who possess this kind of thinking has criminal plan and criminal mind in his or her mind and already natural or inherent from the parents pass to the offspring. Due to inheritance; even the minor committed crime and called juvenile delinquency.
