Above the Law

No one is above the law which all people covered by law(s) either the law is an ordinance still needs to obey. If the criminal code known as the criminal law was violated, that violation called as offense and not a crime due to the specification, if the special law was violated, then as ordinary just called that as a crime.

Even the presidents are under the law those they needs to obey and there is no exception whether what is our life status. In terms of criminal code; they called it as generality which implies the criminal code shall apply whether what is our race, religion and more if the offense was committed under the jurisdiction of the country.

If the crimes/offense was committed on the high seas the international code shall apply to anyone.

 The law of God also has principle of no one is above the law; if the readers just seek the information about the above the law itself; that was impossible due to all people in the world were under the law; and no one is above the law.

However there were beings which truly above the law that no one can accuse them those they have do something not right in the eyes of the law and in the humanity. Those being called Gods; there are many gods plus the most powerful God — the God Father which the origin of our life

The gods in the heaven plus the God as Almighty were not under the law of human but the God almighty have rules those govern the humanity. The gods except His son, His Holy Ghost have rules maybe those govern in the heaven.

Above the law is possible especially to the heavenly creatures and to the creator of everything, if we apply the above the law in humanity is impossible that due to no one is above the law. All men those committed violations shall punish according to the existing laws in the country.

There was called immunity as exception of criminal code; there are many people who immune in terms of criminality especially the President of the nations. The ambassador is immune in criminality in some countries, might the other countries their ambassadors have no immunity. Those possibilities needs to explore if there were countries those their ambassadors were immune.
