The cause of action was
the reason of movement either by person; object and other matter caused by
either stimulus; by force from other object by words, by money, by fear, through
circumstances and more. Let us explain first the cause of action by person. Below is the definition of cause of action.
Cause of Action by Person
The cause of action by person sometimes was not from himself/herself but from the other person
who intimidating for the exchange of something which the person who under the
pressure could not refrain from it. That person who under the pressure of
intimidation might act as the exchange of the pressure to do something not
right; might crime that might fall into crimes against person: murder or
homicide.
Might robbery and might abduction and the likes. If the
suspect or the person who done of criminal activities which under the pressure
of intimidation might exempt from criminal liability or might mitigate. The
cause of the action of the person was the intimidation and that caused of
action was against to the well of the person.
Cause of Action of Object
The cause of action of object is from many reasons and from many causes. The cause of action of
the pencil was from the hand and the cause of the action of the hand was from
the brain and the cause of action of the brain was from the heart that wants to
write.
Cause of Action of Motor Vehicle
The cause of action of motor vehicle was from the fuel and from the person who moved the
vehicle in case of trouble. The vehicle could not move if there was no fuel
except was move by the people through their force.
Cause of Action by Words
The cause of action by words was not only has good consequence but had bad consequence as well.
Some words commanded us to work for our living but sometimes the words those
came from mouths can create annoyance form the recipient of the words.
Some types of these words are the bad words and other
defamatory words which can incite the feelings of other people that might
create annoyance in the part of recipient and if the recipients could not
resisted anymore might will revenge with defamatory words as well and others
caused by words. The recipient acts caused by words.
Cause of Action by Money
The cause of action by money; not all is bad due to we live or we remains’ alive due to money.
We work for money to buy our daily needs. We could not use the leaves to buy in
the store and the one and only valid was the money. The money is a powerful
matter that can make us work; can makes free, can maintain our life in comfort
and those in our life now was caused by money.
Sometimes the cause of action by fear was created by people who under the pressure of
intimidation like above mentioned explanation.
Some criminals became criminals due to fears. Fear that his/ her child
will die by sick.
Due to the insufficiency of money; the mother or the father
borrows money from the kin, friends and same manners for the medicine and if
the preceding mentioned refused to did so the request of the mother / father of
the child, instead to do with legality but stole as the last resort for the
remedy of his/ her child.

The cause of action definition is a force which came from the other source and that source was
the cause of other to move. The causes of actions have many sources and the
above mentioned sources are the common in us.
