Violation definition – it is an act or omission that disobeyed the law; there are many types of laws; jurisprudence which has coverage of criminal law; criminal procedures and criminal evidence or known as the rule of evidence. The others but not covered by jurisprudence is special laws, administrative laws, international laws, civil law and even the houses’ laws. Those above mentioned if breach by someone is called violation.

If someone refused to do so shall liable of violation. Not all violation were the consequence of disobedience though acts but to the omission that should execute and the best example for this was the abandonment of person which needed of help that the life is endanger.
