Lot in the Bible

Lot in the bible was a nephew of Abraham or known as Abram but sometimes Abraham called him as his brother. Might the reason why he called Lot as his nephew as brother due to faith or they have the same in terms of faith.

This man was existed together with the people in Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham, Sarah and Melchizedek. The King in the Sodom that time was the Bera and the Birsha was the King of Gomorrah.

The man Lot came out from their birth’s land together with his uncle’s Abraham and Sarah due to commandment from God with Abraham. The expedition of Lot is same with Abraham except when they separated each other after their pastors fought and this might the reason why Lot entered in the kingdom of the wicked city that melted by God.

The power those melted the two cities were from the Angels of God and those Angels were entertained by Abraham and Sarah and that time the one Angle from the Lord was pronounced about Sarah about her pregnancy and according to that Angel, he will back and that pronouncement about returning was real.

After they entertained the Angels of the Lord; those Angels continued their walks in the direction in the land of Sodom where the nephew of Abraham was sojourned.

That time when the two Angles of the Lord reached the land of Sodom; the two men were seeing by Lot due to he sat on the gate of the city Sodom. Those two men want to stay outside in his house but Lot compels them to stay inside on his house and the two men accepted his offer.

That offer caused commotion by the people outside on the house of Lot within the city of Sodom. That commotion the Angels of the Lord used their power to blind those people who doing commotion by blinding that they could not see the door of the house of the Lot.

During the commotion; the one of the Angels of the Lord talked with Lot that he needs to save his families and some properties but the families of Lot refused to do so and they assumed that Lot is just joking with them.

After the next day; the one Angels of the Lord made force evacuation of Lot due to they need to melt the city and they should not look backward during their evacuation by running fast.

Unfortunately the wife of Lot looked backward and that disobedience made them a pillar of salt — the wife of Lot became a pillar of salt. After the melting of Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham woke – up early and he positioned where he posed during the conversation with the Lord God and he saw the smoke which coming from the two cities.

Lot and his two daughters live in the cave and there was a time those the two daughters of Lot was talked each other that they need to do sexual intercourse with their father and the reason is to continue the generation of their father.

They done this due to they still virgins and their mother were became a pillar of salt, therefore there is no other means to continue the generation of their father’s Lot.

The only means is their decisions those they need to do sexual intercourse with their father and their means in order their father cannot fell the course of sexual intercourse by drunk — they need to drunk their father in order for him not to know the acts of his daughters and they did so.

In this age, those types of acts are immoral but that immorality was the reason of the escalation of the humans on earth. Back on the previous age where the humans were just Adam and Eve, the daughters and sons of Adam were done immorality and that immorality is the reason of our existence here on our earth and we should thankful about that type of immorality.

But now that type of immorality is currently prohibited by God both in Old and in the New Testament. No one should do that type of act due to the prohibition by God. The possible reason might the humans on our earth now are so high in terms of statistic.

Might on the time start the prohibition of doing sexual intercourse by family, the number of humans are so high and no need to do sexual immorality to escalate the human race in the world. We should not do something not right in the eyes of society especially to the sight of the living God Almighty.
