Neglect of duty is a term and a case for the people who in charge in an act that should do as their duty either public officials or person in authority, and agent of person in authority. The refusal to do that acts if the incidents occurred in their presence, by neglecting of duty that they should do as their act before the oath has made before the obligation had confided in the position.

An accepting of salary but performing not the obligation that they promised with their oath might considered as neglect of duty due to the act was the manifestation that they neglecting their duty to do so.
