Law abiding citizen is pertaining to the citizen that abides the law of the nation. When we say abide is implies to the word obey which means law obeying citizen. Not all people on the countries are law abiding citizen. When the law was breach, it was called crime if under the violation of special law and offense if violation of criminal code.

The law abiding person is not only obeying the criminal code, special code but to the smallest law of the country as well. Even thought the person is obeying the law of the nation is obeying the law of the God, especially if the person was not believed in God, even that person is law abiding citizen of the nation still violation the law of the God.

There are people those they obey the law of the nation and obey the law of the God as Almighty being. Even the person is law abiding citizen; if triggered by strong stimulus from the surrounding, there is possible that the rule obeying citizen can commit any acts that prohibited by law to do so. That acts are called crime/ offense depends to the law that govern the violation of the acts.

As ordinary knowledge and very common if someone violated the law is called criminal and called also as lawless elements.

Real Law Abiding Citizen

The real law abiding citizen are those citizen who truly obeying the law of the nation, there are many people are law abiding citizen in the sight of co – people, but there are underground business which against the law.

The real law abiding citizen are those people either rich or poor still obeying the law of the country.

Self Defense is Crime

Self defense is crime? The law also has definition of self defense; the law gives opportunity to defense ourselves against to the lawless elements, therefore the self defense is not a crime but a law that needs to obey, therefore the self defense is a law due to part of the law of the country.

Sometimes very confusing if the person committed like road traffic incident like homicide and the victim was died (assumption) still law abiding citizen? If the person was died through accident caused by John Doe without intention to do so still law abiding citizen; John Doe was already violated the law, Therefore John Doe is not law abiding citizen. Is it still law abiding citizen or not?
