Here are the commonly used drugs in the Philippines especially the over the counter drugs for self medication and dangerous drugs for recreational purpose. The Filipino people are the same to the other country which needed medicine to cure the diseases and some used dangerous drugs for recreational purpose.

Here are the most rampant dangerous drugs in the Philippines.

The marijuana as a tropical plant, can cultivate anywhere in the Philippines; this type of dangerous drug is easy to cultivate. There are many Filipino people plants the seeds in the forest, inside the houses' parameters with long fences to avoid detection of Law Enforcement Officers.

This type of drug that was rampant in the country can be smoke if the leaves were dry and some pack the plants especially the leaves and solve to the various places.

The seldom drugs in the Philippines was the heroin and cocaine. Common that the heroin drug was from the other countries and they deliver to the Filipino or to the foreigners as the recipients of the drugs and sold to the market by using of other people.

The most rampant dangerous drugs in the Philippines was the shabu or crystal meth as street name of Hydrochloride methamphetamine and also called as stone, crystal and more.

The shabu was on the top in terms of escalation and its popularity in every part of the Philippine islands.

There were also called medicinal drugs to cure the diseases and those were the over the counter drugs which could bough without prescription of the physician especially drugs which were designed for self medication: drugs like paracetamol, biogesic , medicol, tuseran, bioflu and more.

There was law in the Republic in the Philippines that prohibit the sharing the prescription of physician to the other people which suffering same illness. Even they have the same illness but not on the weight and age and those two reasons why they prohibited the sharing of prescription to the other people which is not direct from the physician’s order.

The Republic Act 9165 of the Philippines' law, prohibit the selling of prohibit drugs those are rampant and popular as above mentioned drugs. Also punish the fabrication of law enforcers of evidence on the suspected criminal. This special law of the country was the responsible of all the coverage of the violation to all drugs which was prohibited by law to distribute and use.

The marijuana in the Philippines was not permitted to use for medication purpose and they strictly combat those above mentioned drugs especially in selling of those dangerous drugs. They called those as dangerous drugs due to the effect to the mind and body to the human body system is very destructive.
