Definition of Parricide
Parricide means is the killing of offspring by the parent(s) and not a guardian, the guardian could be the other person which not direct
relationship of the victim. Parricide means is the killing of person other than
murder, homicide, infanticide and same manners.
The manner of killings is either by poison, by instrument
like knife and other deadly weapon or just hands of the malefactor.
Ante mortem and post mortem investigation is needed if the investigator of the case found something not right if the victim of the crime
was either was killed or natural death happened to the person.
The victim of
this type of crime either young, youth, old and the likes if the culprit was
the parent of the victim, the direct ascendants of the victim, however, not all law has same meaning about parricide, not same with circumstances and not same
with the interpretation of the law.
