A violation of civil law is called crime due to the civil code has no definition of the
violation or no term if the code was violated. However; if the civil code of
your country has definition of violation, that terminology shall prevail
compare to the terminology of other country or whatever countries are those.
Unlike to the criminal law and special law have their own
terminology about the violation that had been committed by someone. In terms of
criminal code; if violated by someone; some countries defined the violation as
felony and might the other country defined it as a crime. In terms of special
law; some countries define the violation as crime and not felony.

Civil law is a type of law that defined the civil rights of the victim and the
penalty in accordance to the violation and in accordance with this type of law.
The content has reparation, restoration and the duty of guardian or parents of
the child if the child violated the civil law.
The civil law is focus on civil
matter or focus in civilian dispute unlike criminal code and special code. The
criminal code is focus in penalty of the felony; contains of reclusion perpetua
or the capital punishment and the likes. The special law has terminology of
life imprisonment with specification of law.
However; some criminal acts had corresponding of civil
liability wherein the convicted criminal needs to pay other than to the
sentenced that was promulgated by law to comply as mandated by law by
imprisonment.

– a law that designed for reparation, restoration of civil rights of other
people who are the victim of the crime; this law has corresponding penalties in
accordance to the degree that was violated by private individual. The law that
designed to claim the damage in the part of the complainant or aggravated party
that razed by the offender.
