Complainant Meaning

Complainant means is a person who doing complaints which assumes in himself/herself that she/he was aggravated by someone.

There are many types of complainant, either the law enforcers that forwards the complaint in the court or from the law abiding citizen or from the person who aggravated by someone.

From the private individual who complains in someone like in the company, in the store, complaining about the improper services and complaining about the substandard products?

The word complains might not only apply in businesses but even to the family as well. Like the sister complains her sister about her toys. The sister that complains the co – sister was the complainant.

Complainant of the Crime

The complainant of the crime has no exception even though what the life status if aggravated by someone; report to the police stations and made the blotter if ordinary incident, if the complainant file a case against John Doe. 

Might the law enforcers assumed that complaint and that assumption is the reason why they file a complaint to the prosecutor office if the country has prosecution stage and if not might direct to the court for warrant of arrest if the case needed of warrant to arrest the allegedly criminal of the case.

If the law enforcers caught in the act the person, might needed of inquest with supports of corpus delicti and curpos delicti evidence to prove that the person who was caught in the act was committed the said crime.

Causes of Complain

The common causes of complain if the service that anticipate by customers was differ to the promised due to that promised was the reason that customers might buy the products, affiliates, and the like manners.

If the person was aggravated by someone especially if the right was violated by as mentioned above.

Normal in us if someone who attacks us we will fight back and if we can’t fight man on man, we will fight through the filing of the case against to the person who aggravating us; that instance we can consider our self as the complainant.
