 The origin of God bless you was from the Bible due to the bible only has information about God.  When we say God bless you; that is only manifestation that we have cared about to the person who received that phrases.  However; not all people who used God bless you phrase is a God – fearing – person but wicked person.

Like to God be the glory; not all people who used like this phrase have good hearts. Now; let us back to the topic.  All has origin. Might there was no God bless you phrase in the Old Testament but there was phrase in the New Testament. The Apostle Paul and other apostles used this with pure heart in the sight of the living God.

In the Old Testament there were no phrases or just phrase like God bless you; if there was please correct us. Only the words God bless you when Christ preaches the Gospel. If we dig it deeper; Christ mentioned that His all teachings were not from him but from the God Father which art in heaven.

Therefore we can simply conclude that the word God bless you was from the Father in the heaven. The God was the source of life and the source of the phrase God bless you. During the time of Noah; there was phrase about the above title? Even Prophet Moses has no mentioned about this and other prophets until to the time of John the Baptist.

Some criminal used this phrase pretends those they are holy but hypocrisy.  There are many people use God bless you but in them they never ascertained if they were bless or just a simple illusion. Sometimes we think that if some good things come in our life was from the God’s blessed but just came by chance and not blessed.

Before you used the phrase God bless you; you must ascertain first that you blessed by God and not just an illusion, before you say it to the other people. Are you sure that if you mention it is effective? Do you have evidence that you had blessed by God?  Might just used for ornamental of words that might please the ears of the recipient of the information.

The real people who used this phrase, when they say God bless you sometimes they have feelings of gratitude and might the one reason that they used this phrase. Some might want to success the person in life; want to achieved their dreams and might the reason as well why they said God bless you.

Not all people who used this phrase are God – fearing people. Before you select a man or woman to become a partner in life, don’t use this as the bases of selecting the right man or the right woman. You should know how to detect lies through works and words.
