Multiple Homicide

Multiple homicide is a crime which under the homicide’s law but the victim are more than two. There was also called multiple murder wherein the victims of murder were more than two.  If we base in grammar the correct is multiple murders / multiple homicides but the law mentioned multiple murder only and multiple homicide without the word "s." Below is the scenario of multiple homicide.

A is a security guard; B, C and D are ordinary citizens that was mistaken by A that stole someone’s property in the area of his responsibility according to A.

In the side of A according to him, he has doubting B, C and D those stolen something and A shot B, C and D by his shot gun and B, C, and D received fatal wounds and the causes of their death.

Before those incidents happened; there were arguments happened between A versus B, C and D. The cause of argument was from the incident happened in the last night in the bar.

In investigations of law enforcers; after the rigid investigation and the investigation result tells that the security guard only covering – up the real incidents but he killed B, C and D due to not from stealing the property but he killed it maliciously and intentionally, in this case A as security guard might liable of multiple homicide due to he was killed 3 people and if just two might just double homicide.

Multiple homicide definition – it is a crime which under the homicide law which more than two victims. It is a killing of either intentional or none – intentional crime. This type of law is applicable if the crime was cause by car accidents and other motor vehicle.

There was called reckless imprudence resulting to homicide – wherein the homicide might double, multiple or a single homicide. Same with the reckless imprudence resulting to serious physical injury; less serious and slight but sometimes there was a single homicide; sometimes with double homicide and sometimes multiple homicide as cause by road accidents with above mentioned have tails.

The double homicide is a killing either with intent or without intent that has consequence of two victims. For more clarification: multiple homicide– if the victims of the crime are more than two; homicide if the victim was only one and double murder if the victim were two.

You can use the above scenario even single homicide and if the crime was doubled. Don’t used the phrase single homicide if the victim was one; it is understandable when we say homicide it implies to the one victim and when we say double it implies to the two victim and when we say multiple if the victim are more than two and above but if millions; thousands might genocide especially if the killing was eliminating of race.
