Bomb Joke Law

Bomb joke law is a law which pronounced by Presidential DecreeNo. 1727 with penalties for the people or to the single person who declared intentionally to alarm the people by bomb in the public by in any means.

This law was created by former President of the Republic of the Philippines Ferdinand Marcos. This law has only three sections.

The last sections is the take effect of the law. The section two is the manner of an arrest of the person who violated the bomb joke law either by an arrest or by search and seizure order. 

This law as above mentioned was created during the regime of former President Marcos. Since there was no changed in this law; the government has due process whether how to arrest the person by authority and there was law of evidence that should follow and how the suspected criminal process.

If the joking incident happened in the presence of the agent of the person in authority; can use in flagrante delicto and by evidence which has capacity to prove the accusation.

The section one is the manner of the commission of the crimeand with some coverage that prohibited someone to perform or to do so. That section mentioned also the duration of penalties and the fine of not more than 40,000 Pesos.

Anyone is liable if the evidence is sufficient which covered to the manner of the commission of the crime.

It is logical to punish the person, people or group of people who made the joke about bomb?

Yes; no one with sound mind will joke with that type of joke especially in the public places that will cause injury, panic and any kind of disturbance and the grave is if might will result of the end of the life of others due to heart disease that triggered by joke that resulted into panic and sudden disturbance from the pacific in the start.
