Due process of law definition – it is a process that all suspected criminals have right to process the case legitimately without violating the right of the accused.

It is a process that needs to follow the creation of law before the chief executive of the country sign to become law of the country that needs to obey by the people those sojourned in the particular country,  if for citizen and if for administration of office — then all people who administered the offices are oblige to obey.

The law never became law if any of the constitutional law or the human rights was violated, so, therefore the creation of law has due process.

The due process of law has general application that can use if how to process the legal matter that anyone shall not aggravate the third party and whatever party it is and if violated shall stop for the meantime, might permanent and the violator has tendency to receive the complaint if the law defines about it regarding the violation of the due process of law.

 If by virtue of the law grants if how to process the person who allegedly committed the crime; that grants and step should be follow for us not to destroy the right of the person other than right of the accused and the right of the accused might just part of the due process of law.

If the law needs evidence before the conviction or before the jury will release the verdict for the accused and whatever evidence it is; still need to present to convince the jury beyond reasonable doubt and if the jury still doubts about the credibility of evidence; even the witness, still the conclusion that will execute either to convict or to release the person in custody still part of the law, therefore the conviction and releases of the person in custody is a part of the due process of law.

When we say "due" it is stand for the "rightful, appropriate, proper, correct;" does it mean it is right process of law. When we say "proper and more above mentioned" or "due" there is rule that needs to obey during processing and that rule is a law that govern to the rule in processing.

The highest rule that govern in the processing of law is the constitutional right due to all laws never been created if one of the article, section was violated. The criminal procedures, criminal laws, evidences, Republic Acts, Federal Laws, ordinances and more were created under constitutional law of the nation.

The due process of law is anywhere: filing of complaint, how to apprehend the person who allegedly criminal, making of laws, charging of information in court and even the dismissal about the case and more,  the due process is present.

We under of the due process of law due to if anyone was violated the law either crime, offense, malum prohibitum and even the processing of the civil law is present.
