Road traffic accident means are those accidents those happened in the road ways. There was also called none – traffic accident wherein this type of accident was not happened in the road ways. There are many causes of traffic accidents. Below were the common caused of accidents.

The traffic accidents sometimes was cause by disobedient of the road users like refused to obey the warning sign like, slow down, accident prone area, even sometimes that the road has yellow line that refers to no over take, some still over taking. That disobedience may result into traffic accidents.

The common factor of accidents was from the influence of alcohol which produced hallucination and  not responsive motor coordination of the nerves. The people who under the influence of alcohol might has poor concentration and the concentration during the driving is very important especially the anticipation.  

The people those used drugs which has hallucination effect to the users might prone from accidents especially the driver is under the influence of marijuana especially on night.

But the people who driving which under the influence of crystal meth might not prone from road traffic accidents  due to the effect of crystal meth was stimulant within three days. 

But not recommended that the driver should used crystal meth during the course of the trip, the hydrochloride methamphetamine is strictly prohibited by law.

There is no exempting circumstance in the road traffic accidents, even just was a physical injury. If the killing was used of motor vehicle and the likes will fall into murder. Quasi – offense might if the accidents might cause by other people other than driver of the vehicle and homicide if the victim was died as caused by the accident.

Sometimes the accidents were cause by the drivers who asleep while driving during the course of the trip. If the users of the road obey the rule and regulations in the road traffic rules but still the accident happened due to lack of foresight, raining, fogging and smoke cause by old motor vehicles.

If not from the drivers’ fault, sometimes was from motor vehicle, due to the oldness of vehicle, intentionally razed by other people to eliminate the life of the person who used that vehicle, due to envy and business competition.

There is possible of foul play wherein the drivers just making an alibi to kill the person, the alibi was the malfunction brake and the likes. In this case was not modus operandi due to the modus operandi which implies to the constant acts. We can call it as a foul play to hide the real intention through accidents. This is the common incident used by the evil people, common to the evil people have evil eyes. 

That incident made by that people might third party victim and make the crime more destructive if more life were involved. The criminal law has its own definition about qualifying circumstances in that situation.
