your country has anti hazing law, then the hazing in your country is illegal.
If your country has no law that penalized this type of ceremony; the hazing is
legal due to there was no law that penalized the hazing of fraternity.
The best that you need to do is search the law of your
country whether there was law that exists that penalized the hazing. If there
was, might in the criminal code of your country or might located in the special
law.
Anti Hazing Law
The anti hazing law was
created due to there were many fraternities groups practiced hazing and the
hazing are the common causes of the end of the life of the people those who
wants to join to the group.
This law penalized the person who participated with this
kind of acts. Might there was no law yet that penalized the fraternity group
that practiced hazing to the person who wants to join in their organization. Might the law that penalized with these acts
have mentioned if someone has knowledge about the hazing shall liable of the crime which defined by anti hazing law? Might murder or might homicide if the
victim of hazing was died.
All countries might have this or might just some countries
have this type of law that punishes the hazing ceremony of the particular group
of fraternity. Some might have laws like this but the implementation is weak.
