Crime does not pay

Crime does not pay is a term use to implies with the consequence of the crime whether what the criminal did still there is no good consequence at all even the criminal had gained in the consequence of the act but in the future that act will reveal for sure and the act is worth for penalization and the crime that happened or the crime that done by the criminal still the crime does not pay for the creator of the crime.

The creator of the crime had goodness in what gained in the creation of the crime but there was no goodness in the part of the victims’ side and that is injustice and bad in the part of the victim and good in the part of the creator but if caught; that goodness in the side of the creator of the crime shall turn into bad due to that criminal should answer all the violation that done in the other people.

But this term has limitation due to there was crime that razing not the life of the other people and there was no razed in the part of the creator. Even there was law and even there was a complete creation of the crime but there was no complaint still the act is not a crime due to there was no complainant but crime itself without complainant and we can call it as harmless crime due to there was no complainant after the creation of the crime.

This explanation suited in the crime of illegal possession of firearm wherein there was no complainant if the act is very stealth and no one knew that the person possessing the firearm without permit to carry and whatever permit it is.

The possessing of the firearm without license or permit to carry or put in the residence is a crime itself but since there was no complainant that crime became harmless due to that type of crime had benefits to the creator of the crime. Let us say that person was died in the right age but that firearm was obtained in the age of 21 years old but that person was died about 90 years old and no one knew that person has firearm and there was no complaint.

That type of crime had benefits in the part of the creator of the crime but that person punish not due to there was no complainant. The term crime does not pay might conditional or base in the other cases or case to case bases as well due to on the above mentioned proved that the crime does not pay is not a final conclusion of the crime that there was no benefits in the creation of the crime.

On the above explanation; there was a benefit of the creation of the crime but harmless in the side of the creator of the crime and therefore the final conclusion is should the crime does not pay in some cases but the crime does pay in some cases.
