What is rape? There are many meanings of rape the one meaning was the rape as crime which forcing the woman to do sexual intercourse which against in her will. Even now a days, husband shall liable of rape if the husband was sexual intercourse against to the will of her wife. Even the woman now shall liable of rape.

The rape was not only the forcing of sexual intercourse between man and woman, might also applies to the man to man especially to the Philippines due to their rape in criminal law was defined as committed by anyone which means either the creator of the crime was man or woman shall liable of rape as crimes against person.

People those wants to live in peace, even they did not commit any violation due to for peace they paid that to stop the complainant.
