Ignorance of the Law
No countries permitted that should the person should acquit
due to ignorance of the law, nor
should consent in the criminal acts due to ignorance to the law of nation even
to the simple laws like ordinances.
No one can say; "I should be not charge with this case due
to I have no background that this type of law is currently existing!" even what
types of alibi are those still crimes and if crimes should penalize in
accordance with the law.
The government motu propio before the proper execution of
law they publish in every Medias and other mediums in order for the public
known that there is current law that govern to the specific act(s).
We can’t blame the government why that makes this alibi
invalid if we are ignorance of the law due to some other people used this as
their defense even though the acts was intentionally, even they know the
current existing law that prohibit those acts.
For example:
A, has firearms and he know that there is law which prohibit
the illegal possession of firearms but still they done the possessions of
illegal firearms in stealth manner to avoid detection of the law enforcers.
After the discovery of the crime, A was alibi that he does not know that this
type of act was prohibited by law even though he has knowledge about it.
See, the government was not a robot that easy to fool;
however, there might people might totally has no knowledge about it.
The
ignorance of the law is very difficult to prove unless the person has in the
area wherein the information might very seldom to come like if the person is
living in the mountains.
The jury has discretion about this type of circumstance
especially to the state of life of this kind of person. In the people which
living in the city wherein the information is very accessible to anyone and
used this type of alibi then that is the manifestation that this alibi is just
a defense?
Ignorance of the Law of God
Since the human has law, the God as well; the person who is ignorance of the law of God is pardonable and not commit any sin in the sight
of Almighty. The Satan and other demons have knowledge about their own heavenly
laws (if there is) but still they disobey those rules and their sin is
unpardonable.
The God can forgive the sin caused by ignorance and no one
can alibi in his sight due to He knows everything even the deepest of our heart, He knows our intention and He knows the run of our thinking.
We can say to our co – people that we don’t know that thing
but him; no false reasons can convince Him. We can say to out co – people;
sorry brother/ sister and others due to I do not know about it. But God knows
it that kind of person is just lying that time but the facts is, he did it with intention and involve malice. In short, lie.
