Spiritual Meaning

Spiritual means relating to the spirit matter; for example: spiritual fire, spiritual war, spiritual meaning, spiritual snake, spiritual dragon and more.

The spiritual fire was not the real fire in this earth but fire that might created by spirit. The example of spiritual fire was the fire that was seen by Moses on the mountain wherein the fire did not consume the tree and there was voice coming out from that burning tree.

The spiritual war: the spiritual war was mentioned by Apostle Paul in his Epistle in Ephesians.  The Armageddon is a war but spiritual war. Spiritual meaning is other than meaning in this article. For example: A asked by B; "who was this snake in the bible?" A answered "that snake has spiritual meaning." Again in other instance and other situation; A asked by B; "who was the lion on the revelation on the bible?"  A answered "that lion has spiritual meaning."

The spiritual snake: the spiritual snake was referred to the Lucifer or known as Satan. Same also with the dragon; the dragon in the bible was implied with Satan and not the real dragon who lived once on the earth million years ago.

There are many spiritual things in the Bible and there were no books those had the origin of the spiritual terminology. The bible is a book that has unique in character.  The above mentioned are only examples for better comprehension of readers. Here are more examples which have spiritual meanings.

• Rock

There was rock in the Bible and that rock has spiritual meaning and the meaning of Rock was the Christ. There was part in the bible that Christ mentioned the rock before Apostle Peter.

• Bread

Bread in the Bible: the bread in the bible has two meanings; the one meaning was the bread that edible and the bread which can be eat by ears and that bread was the word of God. Jesus Christ claimed that His body was bread; which means the bread He mentioned has spiritual meaning.

• Fish

The fish is the primary dish by Filipino people; the fish in the bible was referred to the people who feared to the Almighty or known as God – fearing – people.

• Sword

The sword is an instrument that can kill life and the instrument to preserve the life. The sword in the bible was referred to the word of God. However; if you encountered in the bible while you’re reading, don’t concluded that all sword in the bible has spiritual meaning but some are the ordinary swords.

• Lamb

The lamb in the Bible has spiritual meaning but not all; the one and only spiritual meaning of the lamb was the Christ.

• Red Horse

The red horse has power; the power of the red horse can take the peace on earth and the result that they "should kill each other." The red horse has deep meaning and if you encountered that there was word "should kill each other" which means must with intentional. The consequence of that power was the killing. Might the meaning of the red horse was "hatred" due to hatred can produce war and killing but ascertained not.
