In terms of safest place to live in the Philippines is almost 50 percent; in short, there is 50 percent of the places in the Philippines is possibly not safe but before we go to that type of topic; the fact is, there is no safe place in this earth. The reasons why there is no safe place in the earth due to there are possible accidents, unusual events those have life involvement like catastrophic events those may exist anytime, anywhere in a second(s)  that absent on our awareness.

There are many airplanes now and there were many aircraft's’ accidents happened and possible to happen anywhere and anytime. Even the structure of your house was constructed to avoid the penetration of unwelcome humans those might enter inside of your house but in terms of the aircraft's’ accidents has no choice whether where to fall like road accidents has no choice whether where to collide.

There is no impenetrable barrier and remember that. 3. Select the province instead of capital of the country, select not the city but build if you want that near at least 3 to 4 kilometers from your area to the city.

• There are some subdivisions those permits to enter the visitors without conducts of rigid screening whether what is the destinations and the purpose of visitors.

• Some might have intentions to do criminality and their targets are the houses especially the subdivisions that had in life and that is fruitful if they accomplish their plans after the commission of the offense.

• Some might do the crime like robbery with homicide which means had life involvement of the victim and some with robbery with rape and the like form of criminality. To avoid this, select the subdivision that has rigid screening of visitors before they can enter in the subdivision.

• The reasons why we should buy the house and lot near in the Police Station due to almost people afraid with Police Officers especially the people who had planned to do something which is against the law.

• Almost person who has plan to do criminality might afraid to execute the plan due to the creator might thinks that might apprehend by Police Officers immediately due to the Police Station is near on your house. So, you need to build or buy near in the Police Station. If not possible, build the barrier like solid view fence is recommended like wall.

There are advantages to live outside in the city; live at least 3 to 4 kilometers away. Some air pollution are on the city and that is the one advantage. We can’t predict the mind of the criminals, so don’t buy the house that has no fence. The recommended fence at least 8 feet.
