Criminal justice system is system whether how to process the accused, start from law enforcement stage until back to the community. Every countries have its own criminal justice system but the pillar is differ from each other due to some pillars of the other countries’ system are 5, some are just three and the like form of numbers.

Some start with the community and back with the community, but it is logical to start with community due to the complaints were started with it and the second that shall process is the law enforcer’s stage. Not all crimes were started from the citizens of the country but start from the complaint of the law enforcers and one type of crime was the victim-less crime wherein there was no victim but violation of special laws maybe and other laws which govern with the prohibition with some acts.

If we stick with the principle about to the pillars of criminal justice system, we shall commit mistake if the victim-less crime entered due to again, the victim-less crime start with the law enforcers’ stage and not from the community.

If the pillar of the criminal justice start from the community and back to the community after the convicted criminal completed the sentenced, how about to the victim-less crime which start from the law enforcers? If the convicted criminal from the victim-less crime completed the sentenced and back to the community and the pillar of criminal start from the community, in this case the cycle is unfit if start from the community and should the pillar of the criminal justice should not stationary to fit in terms of victim-less crimes.

If the pillar started from the law enforcer’s stage; how about the complaints those from citizens who aggravated by the creator of the crime? If we start with community; how about again to the victim-less crimes? If we end with the community still incorrect due to there were many sentenced which have life imprisonment and the other is capital punishment which fall into death if there were.

To back in the community stage is incorrect for those malefactors who had life sentenced. Those malefactors are impossible to return in the community due to their sentenced are so long as have life.

So, the pillar of criminal justice is incorrect? Yes; the law was the reason why the pillar of criminal justice is incorrect due to there were sentenced with special laws who defined life sentence if the person do those acts those prohibited by special laws.

Should the pillar is not stationary or should is changeable but our criminal justice is stationary which is incorrect and again the law and the circumstances were the reasons why the criminal justice system is incorrect.

The teachers on school asked with the students, "class what is the first pillar of criminal justice system?" The students were answered, “Community Sir / Ma’am" They forgot that there is victim-less crime.

What is the last pillar of criminal justice system? The students were answered "community Sir / Ma’am," they forgot that there was life imprisonment.

That is the big question whether if the people who had sentenced of life imprisonments can return in the community. The criminal justice system is important in terms of comparing the police system in the world but the system is still just a system whether if they called the suspected criminal as guilty until the suspected proven his / her part that he / she is innocent and innocent first except was proven by evidence.
