What is Capital Punishment? Capital punishment might refer to the highest punishment that has barbaric punishment like death. Death in all countries might the capital punishment whatever means of killing like injecting of poison, beheading, hanging and other methods which not mentioned before this phrase.

Before the law became officially law and has punishment like this, must pattern first in the constitutional law if there are/is some section/ article that might violate the human rights. If there was/were might that law that had barbaric punishment like death may not pass as official law of the country.

There was/are country/countries had capital punishment like injecting of poison, beheading and more, became official law but when the new President of the nations reign over the country that law might change through law, law can bend by law, law has power to overthrow the existing law if needed.

The capital punishment is the punishment to combat the criminality that impossible to eliminate by police visibility. Theory that "if the law has harsh punishment, the society will afraid to that specific act/crime that covered by law that has capital punishment."

Harsh punishment can combat criminality itself and effective than police visibility.  Police visibility can reduce crime as a result of the presence of law enforcers in the particular area that the possible existence of crime is inevitable.

If the public knows if they violated the law about drugs, shall be punish of hanging, beheading, the public will afraid about it, but there are some possible hole that might use of some drug traffickers and the result, the government killed innocent people as a result of punishment.

If the punishment of murder is beheading, no one might attempt to kill other people. If the punishment of rape was hanging, no one might attempt to rape the woman/man.

Some laws only have capital punishment if the crime is heinous. Capital punishment may not reduce criminality due to the brilliant syndicated group might use innocent people to maintain their businesses flow. Use innocent person to deliver their products without endangering their liberty as a result of crime.

Is capital punishment is useful?

The answer for this is maybe. We can’t ascertain whether the capital punishment is useful due to some drug traffickers might used other innocent people and the innocent people might endanger their life due to the punishment is death especially if the evidence is strong.

Yes the evidence is strong that proves he/she is the drug courier/ trafficker and more but he/she was used as an instrument to deliver those dangerous drugs without his/her knowledge.

We can apprehend in this case the innocent but the real criminal still unidentified; we punish the device and we cannot determine the real criminal, in short if there is death penalty or the capital punishment, it is injustice for innocent and the innocents sometimes are poor those needed money to sustain their daily needs.

The recommendation before the nations implement capital punishment, they should combat first the holes those used by syndicated group and before they create law that has capital punishment.
