Dead on arrival is the common term used by physicians to declare if the person was dead and that declaration is vital in investigation whether what time that the victim was died either from the road accident, by intentional killing (murder, homicide and more.) Below is the meaning of the dead on arrival as always used by the physicians?

Why the physician should examine and used apparatus that detect the brain activity, heart activity before the declaration’s do?

The layman might mislead due to physical observation but if examined deeply, might even there was no heart activity and might there was brain activity still might there is hope that the victim may survive.
