Crime scene evidence is the evidence which obtained from the crime scene where the crime was executed by violator of law and those evidences might the hair of the suspected criminal, saliva, blood, firearm, ammunition, shells and other evidences which has capacity to pinpoint the real creator of the crime.

Crime scene evidence is not the corpus delicti but the corpus delicti was the victim of the crime which might dead caused by fatal wounds which received by the victim or might still alive due to frustration in the part of the creator of the crime or there was incident that can prove that there was crime happened in the particular place.

Corpus delicti has general application which denotes that can be use in any allegedly crimes happened and even in the civil case while the crime scene evidence only denotes into a specific idea into the place where the crime happened therefore has specification.

During the collection of crime scene evidence; should examine with outmost care due to if not might the justice may not grant in the part of the family of the victim of the crime where there was life involvement.

The blood, saliva, hair with root shall undergo DNA test as the great strategy to pinpoint whether those mentioned evidences has capacity to pinpoint the creator of the crime but not all evidences like the above mentioned has capacity to convict the creator of the crime.

Not all saliva from the crime scene was from the violator of law and the other mentioned above due to there was possibility that those mentioned might from the other party where there was prior people who accidentally leave that specimen without their awareness before the crime was committed.

Those evidence only useful if there was witness and other associative circumstances where that man was the real creator by the sight of the witness; if not then the investigator might deviated into the investigation and can bring the person into the next stage of criminal justice but innocent due to lack of skill in the part of the investigator to connect the ideas or due to lack of skills.

The investigator of the case should keep in mind that not all specimens which obtained from the crime scene is reliable which has capacity to prove beyond reasonable doubt but from the other parties which is innocent and a simple law abiding citizen.

The smart investigator has broad imagination which has limit not in one angle but the possibility should limitless. The law enforcement agency should train well the investigators due to if the investigator is simple minded might has tendency to ruin the life of innocent people.

The police officers should bring justice into the aggravated party and not the aggravating of the innocent. Before the law enforcer became investigator should has good heart to anyone and not just limit the care from the other people due to if the investigator has care with the other people that will makes them and the reason of broad imagination due to they are afraid to aggravate the innocent people.
